The Storholmen, a vessel from the turn of the 19 th century, have sailed on the Dalslands Canal for 71 years and offers scheduled and charter trips on the canal. During the canaltrip you pass the unique aqueduct at HÅverud, unspoiled contryside, modern towns and old industrial and manor environments.

We have capacity to take a 100 passengers.

We have home-made food served in the restaurant. We have beer, wine and liquor license.

The vessel, which celebrated its centennial 1996, has scheduled departures from the end of June to mid-August; from Bengtsfors Mon, Wed, Fri. From Håverud; Tues, Thur, Saturday. On Sundays chartered tours only. In the scheduled season, tickets are bought on board or from the Dalslands Center in Håverud. You can always call or e-mail us to reserve tickets. In case we are fully booked. We can also help you with hotels etc.

Chartered tours May-September. We have been inspected according to the ISM code of the Swedish Adminstration of Shipping and Navigation. We are also members of Sweref.
